Oblivion

The first thing that caught my attention was the umbrella's lace rim falling "across" her face. It doesn't always look good, but this time it does look nifty, not to mention it creates a faint allurement.

Good work with the background! It's not plain, yet not too busy to distract the viewer from the model.
Speaking of the model, her expression is very fine with eyes shut, and lips pressed closed, giving off a pretty mixture of unemotion and charm.

The lighting is nice. Her shoulder seems a bit too bright, but then again, it's okay.
